Complex and bespoke investment strategies eg non-standard assets held through an offshore Company either involving Trustee responsibility under the original Aurora Deed or minimising Trustee involvement under the Aurora Libertaï Deed.

The original Aurora Deed provides for the Trustees to have responsibility for appointment of the Investment Manager and their decisions and are thus required to complete detailed due diligence.

The Libertaï Deed provides for the Member to appoint themselves or an Investment Manager and Custodian of their choice on a Discretionary or Advisory basis. Trustee has no responsibility, power or duty to review investment decisions.
