Concept Group Limited is the principle holding company of the Concept Group whose main activities are that of a licensed fiduciary.

Its close working relationship with leading tax counsel, financial institutions and to local regulatory and supervisory infrastructure aids existing and new clients with the structuring of new solutions.

The company is privately and independently owned and prides itself on its quality and professional speed of service and support.

Centrally based in the heart of St Peter Port there is frequent and easy access by plane or fast ferry from the UK or Europe.

All trust and pension trust assets are ring fenced from Concept's and other client assets; such legal separation provides considerable comfort to all clients.

As an independent fiduciary, Concept is completely impartial when choosing investment houses to manage the assets of the structures it manages. This allows the client to recommend their preferred investment manager and custodian; which in some circumstances could be themselves.

Jackie Eley, Technical Director – Trust and Estate practitioner with 25 years of fiduciary experience, with the company and Barclays.

Kevin Le Moigne, Operations Director - with 21 years of fiduciary experience, formerly with Barclays.

Lyndon Trott, Non-Executive Director – An elected member of the Island’s government, formerly the Treasury Minister, currently the Island’s Chief Minister.
